We help visitors enjoy Oxnard’s beach neighborhoods, harbor, food, culture and outdoor experiences. Our Team manages vacation rentals in the area and publishes this magazine to make a coastal stay more complete.

Our accommodation page features our own collection, with current property links from OwnerRez. It is not a comprehensive ranking of every place to stay. The magazine is independent of the City of Oxnard and the official tourism organization.

Our editorial approach

We combine local-host recommendations with information from the venues, operators and public authorities responsible for the places we cover. We write original articles and link to those sources for schedules, access and reservations. We do not carry old event dates into a new year or invent first-hand experiences.

Four seasons. Clearly dated.

Each edition has a season, year and coverage dates. Autumn ends November 30; winter starts December 1. Our stable seasonal links can be updated to the current corresponding issue, while dated editions remain available. Practical corrections can be made between quarterly reviews.

Our coast, photographed honestly.

Our cover is a publisher-supplied photograph of the Channel Islands Harbor entrance. Licensed archival photographs show their actual locations; they do not establish today’s access or conditions. Ventura images appear only in clearly labeled nearby Ventura coverage. We do not use another tourism site’s photographs as our own.
